Deer Hollow II – West Milton, PA

The need for affordable housing is evident in the latest census data, which shows that 29% of the residents in Milton, PA are paying in excess of 30% of their families’ income for non subsidized housing and utilities.

Deer Hollow Phase II provides an opportunity for 20 families that earn a minimum of $21,000 annually to own their own home and spend less than 30% of their total income for housing and utilities.

This will be accomplished through the use of A.H.P. Funding in addition to homestead funds provided by the PHFA Lower Income Program to cover the down payment and closing costs.

The development consists of 26 town homes of either 3 or 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and one full bath.  The buildings are designed to match the first Deer Hollow development, as well as to blend in with the existing neighborhood’s architecture which is a mixture of well-kept commercial and residential structures.
