ABOUT NAHPA
The National Affordable Housing Preservation Associates, Inc. (NAHPA) promotes the long-term preservation of at-risk federally assisted affordable housing, and provides homes to low income households in rural areas and small towns of the U.S.
Incorporated in 1998, NAHPA is a nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.
NAHPA principally seeks to create and preserve affordable multifamily units financed under the LIHTC, HOME, Housing Trust Fund and Bond programs and US Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service Section 515 program.
NAHPA: MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN HOUSING
MAKING HOUSING
ACCESSIBLE
NAHPA is committed to making sure that all of our properties are safe and meet or exceed all accessibility requirements.
MAKING HOUSING
AFFORDABLE
NAHPA's primary goal is to provide housing that is both affordable and desirable.
MAKING TENANTS
FEEL AT HOME
Without the help of your program, I do not believe I would have made it. I cannot overstate this . . . I have a home and for that I will always be grateful to you. I have been blessed.
